Default Formula FX4?

This boat looks like a 2011 290SS but what is the deal with the FX4? Trim offering? Custom Model? Just curious if anyone had any info.

That is a nice looking ride, exhaust out the side very different for Formula.

Yeah I have always been a big fan of the SS series but do NOT like what they did with that flip/flop rear seat. Other than that really think this is a great looking boat. Very curious about details

Beautiful boat, no question. That gaudy "FX4" on the rear is hideous, however.

It is a new boat package coming from Formula. It is a SS style boat with Fas-tech upgrades. Monster gauges full deck paint and upgraded graphics. Have more photos at the office will try and post some tomorrow............Capt. Steve

My family loves that back seat, especially my wife. Perfect when you are on anchor.

I like the Idea of having a seat back there when anchored up a lot...just dunno how I like how it is a moving part to the back of the boat and is all apart of the back seat...guess I have to try it out to see.

It locks in place with a 3/4 inch pin. If you sit in the forward facing portion of the back seat You would never know the aft facing part is there. If you pull the pin the whole thing lays down flat as a sunpad while on anchor.

Any problems with the canvas aft facing seat? Doesn't sount like a terrible setup and it is a Formula so it should hold up!
