what i suggest:
bring the cover to a seamstress or other relevent business to see if they can repair the damaged cover...obv if the cover is beyond repair there is no other option, but a seamstress can sew on new buttons, repair minor tears, etc.
otherwise you will be paying an arm and a leg for a custom boat cover...like theadamv1 said 900 or more...i was quoted 750 for my 292.

Google boat covers and you will find several on-line companies that do semi-custom covers that are pretty reasonable. I've seen one and the fit is pretty good and some are guaranteed for up to 5 years. Price will probably be around $500 for a 312.
