repower for 223
hey folks ,
have some general repower questions.....go with a long block or just have a local company do all machine work and put back together ?
can anyone recommend a reliable long block supplier ? Boat has 454 mag. See lots of sites but it seems many are out of 454 blocks. U S Marine comes up quite a bit and i see they operate under many different names and dont seem to honor any warranty they claim to offer. Jasper is out. Any input or dealings with them or ideas as which way to go ?
thanks all

1800runs new a pretty reputable company ? i am worried about dropping money with an out of state place to find a a problem and just be stuck with it. Looks like lots of horror stories regarding warranty claims all over the place
