Nice looking boat,fresh water,clean, nice trailer. Have a survey done and start with low twentys, this could be a very nice boat.

There was a late 90's 271 fastech in New York City on craigslist this winter with a brand new 496 magnum 425 hp for $12500. The guy needed money for his daughter's medical bills is what he told me. It may be still for sale. It was a few weeks ago. Search CL, you might find it. I don't think it had a trailer but at that price go buy one if it is still there.

Nice boat, but under powered for sure
Mine has the 502mpi in it and I am in mid upgrade status now to the 598ci. Boat would run low 60's with 415hp b1 1:5 ratio right at 4800 4900rpms.
You can add bolsters and upgrade power later, I would buy it at $20k-$21k if it checks out and you are happy with 27'. JMO
