Default V-berth net options

Wondering what you all recommend for a net to keep everything from flying onto the cabin floor when going on plane or in rough water? I have a 99 353. I've seen the pro net used by some, but not sure I need that kind of holding power. Mostly a blanket for the sun deck, noodles, etc.. Also would love to hear what was done to mount the net. Thanks very much. Steve

Default net

Many of the GM products come with a stretchable "cargo net". I tried a cargo net from the C5 corvette. Just right. The GM hooks mounted to the existing screws at the widest end of the v-berth on our 353. When the net is "up" it provides just enough retention to keep the loose items in the v-berth area without appearing to be overly massive.

I used a small pickup truck one for my 311. Got it at Advance Auto for like $20. They also have the trunk nets that would work, they are universal and stretchy.

I asked this very question a while back. Took t500hps recommendation and have used 2 telescoping boat hook poles ever since. Works great and they are handy to have on board as well.
