Besides the dirt and mold, there's probably problems in the transom, or power. Certainly the trailer is going to need 7 tires, and 3 axles to rebuild. You're going to have to run it before you buy it, otherwise you'll have a nice yellow formula hull and go from there. I would say go to $8k at the most.

haha. I was thinking of this yellow 272 over the weekend, yes. they are incredible boats, but again, probably rebuilding the power and drives is going to be mandatory. I wonder how much play is in the gimbal/steering? I see that as being a reason to pull everything out.
