aeromotive fuel pump change-out (help)
If I'm sh-t canning my mechanical fuel pump and elec. pump in that piece of Sh-t ....VST off my 454 mag mpi's. And am installing the Aeromotive pump with regulator/ return line back to tank.
Will the wire and relay that feed my existing elec fuel pump in the VST work on the new Aeromotive. This way all the safties are still in place.
I assume they make a blank off for where the mechanical pump mounted to the Sea pump??? HELP

Not sure of the wiring, I was going to ask the same question myself this winter.
Block off plate, there are prob cheaper ones, but this one just looks cool

dont see any reason for the wiring not to work, Im running Aeromotive pumps that are preregulated internally for EFI, just need power and ground, unless the pumps your gonna run are going to draw a bunch of amps, then larger gauge wire will be needed

I bought the Aeromotive install kit with their relay and wiring. I have the factory relay run power to the Aeromotive relay. I hope this makes sense. I bought the compact (LT1) regulator and bolted it right to the end of my fuel rail. (500 EFI). Then a #6 braided line back to the tank . I have a Formula fastech. Jeff Wurl
