Default Lower Door Slide Removal?

Need to replace one of my lower door slides on my cabin door. All 3 bolts pulled right out the top of the plastic door slide. After doing some research it seems to be a common occurence. Part# is 8857 from Formula. Looking at it over the weekend more closely it seems like I have to remove the entire door and track in order to remove the slides. They don't pull right out, and I didn't see any gaps in the track where the slider can slip in and out.

Is this true? Anyone have any experience with these or tips on how to replace with out removing the door and track?

Repairs are never as simple as they appear!!!!
