My parents have an enclosed boat house and want to keep their 242 LS on a hoist for the winter in the boat house. There are getting some quotes for installing one in it. I am not sure if the water is deep enough for a cradle under the boat, so the alternative is to keep it on slings. For anybody that does keep their boat on slings, about where are they positioned in relation to the stern and bow? The boat is a 1984 242 LS with a single SBC
