I think that the Porter Family bought the Formula name (or company) some time after that, as thier original company was Signa Boats IIRC.

Arronow sold the company to Fuqua Industries,,,Porter was a Vice President with Fuqua but also owned Signa Boats of Indiana.

In 68 there was actually a model called the Formula Apache!!
