Default New 35' Formula Outboard!!

http://www.formulaboats.com/350-cros...der/#/overview

Now this is interesting...I don't think Formula has offered an Outboard Powered Boat since the 1986 242 SF !!

My son was telling me about them last week. I told him he must have had a bad dream. But then I went to the website and sure enough clamp ons on a Formula. Who would have thunk it?

It definitely has been the trend over the last few years with all these sport center consoles out there. They were a good 70% of the Miami boat show this year. I guessing Formula is trying to start a new trend with their outboard concepts, will just have to see if its the right trend.

The boats I have seen converted here in South Florida indicate a trend. I have actually had "Millennials" look at my re-powered 255 Formula and ask " Yo...Old School....Cool...But why didn't you convert it to Twin Outboards ?"

I thought about it later and guess my memories of Outboards growing up as a kid were of smoky, smelly stink pots leaving a rainbow wake trail in the water behind them.

Much has changed !!
