The past year was a tough one so I'm for sure looking forward to less hassles!

But yours is all new. It should be rearing and ready. Just get a bigger yard, build a shop, keep them both! It's just money...

Yessir!! I've had that thought for sure! probay best to send the 242 onto her next owner. Whoever gets her is going to end up with one solid and fast boat!

I wish you luck tom. I sure hope whoever gets the 242 will take care of it and treat it right. I'd love to get it but obviously have no need for a pair of 242s lol what do you plan to tow this behemoth with?

And she's not that new... just the engine and rear structure. She still needs a cockpit makeover, and some TLC here and there. I love the boat, but I'd rather spend my time enjoying what I've wanted in the first place but was out of reach until recently: a great rough water boat with modern power that I can go out and enjoy right now.

I've got a Suburan 2500HD 4x4 that tows really nicely. She's up to the task of the new boat especially around town. If I need to go long distances, I'll use my buddy's Silverado 2500HD... Duramax/Allison 4x4.
