I have a feeling the Formula bolsters will be a tough find. I really want the Formula ones in gray and blue, but If I find a set any color, I do have a connection to get them changed at a resonable price. The square ones that aftermarket shops make just don't look near as nice.

Thanks
The color combo sold me right away.
Can't wait to detail it up and start tweaking on it.

I have a 1990 242ss with a 454mag/330hp.

WOT with 4 adults and a full tank of fuel see's 47mph (gps) at 4700rpm.
Cruises at 30mph at 3000rpm under the above conditions.

I really love this boat, she is an absolute joy to drive.

I am about to remove the swim platform from mine this winter, have any other 242 owners removed theirs? If so, id love to see a picture of the back end if poss.

R-Don, In the Formula section do a search on swim platforms, Yes, there have been a few members here that have taken the platform off . Thier should only be 4-6 bolts an it should come off.

Nice looking rig

242-502, first investment would be a prop, dont spin that BB to high, with more pitch youll see more speed and the rpm's should drop 4800-4900 is real sweet for topped out and not spinning them too hard.
