My 303 sits on a Loadrite alum. I-beam trailer with tandum axles. It trailers pretty good, but I think a triple axle trailer would do better, especially at highway speeds.
If he is planning to trailer alot, buy new for between $4-5K. Unless you can find a good used one about 2-3 years old. Most used trailers I've seen are junk.
Where do you guys go boating? Always like to see other 303's around. (there aren't many)
