Default Formula 303/336/383 Trim and tab sweet spots

Trying to dial in trim and tab positions with my 336 and would appreciate any first hand experience in these boats for:

1. Getting on plane - now full tabs and drives
2. Cruise speed in calm and chop
3. Cruise in rough
4. WOT in calm and chop.

I have to give Reggie credit, the boat performance sheet that you get with a Fountain gives you a good reference point to start with on getting drive and tab positions for different speeds.
