Re: 19 days til the maiden voyage...

Congrats .... I know your stoked ... get that shorepower up and running for sure... Since I started using mine all the time my battery problems have gone away ....and I leave the frige running all the time ...keep it stocked ..just one less thing to do to prepare for boating... Also I think it helps keep cabin dehumidified ..the compressor does generate some heat and thats all the dehumidifiers your buy are ...heaters ...and I keep a small fan running in the cabin to circulate the air .... PFD's .. we got some real nice ones from West Marine .....but I sill want to try the suspender type ..Auto inflate in your get tossed .....

Re: 19 days til the maiden voyage...

OK, I've got most of what I need for the maiden voyage; lines, fenders, new tires for the trailer, lift, batteries, oil filters. All the dock builders are tied up until JUNE! so it looks like I'll be opening up the slip myself. We're leaving for LOTO at noon today to go do just that. Almost forgot, gotta get the champagne!

7 days to go...
