29' owners......have you ever used your sink in the dinette???
I dont know about you but I used mine once in the driveway to see if it would work.....thats it........Im pulling the whole thing (dinette) out in the future to save some wieght and make some more room down there.....the icebox RARELY gets used also because its a PITA to run down there every time you want a beverage......we use a cooler topside that I glued some rubber to the bottom of so it wont slide around......So, anyone preparing 4 course meals in the cabin of their 29'......???
Should Reggie have an optional "standard" V berth with just a berth and some simple facing lounges???.......be saving some wieght for sure.......doug

In my opinion being that I just got off the market for a 29' would be that it would make your boat harder to sell with out the sink. You probably wouldn't lose any money on your boat but would probably take longer to sell it at that time.

Yes. I guess I was just looking at the 'sink' usage and not the cabin size issue. Not that I have much more. I wish my sink drained directly overboard, instead of into the bottom of the hull for it only to have to work it's way back to the bilge. 1st thing I did was to run a hose directly from the sink to the bilge because the water would sit in the hull bottom trapped at the bulkheads.

Jerry - shoulda' popped a hole out the side of the hull for the sink drain while you were there.....scary drilling holes right smack in the side of your boat though
