Default 35 2001 Classic

I have a single step 35 which came with 415mpi's. I have the engines currently out being slightly altered to around 700 hp NA (they will be dynoed). I have spoken with Fountain and have read on the forum that the x dimension was changed for 2001 from 16 3/4 to 18. My boat was actually made in 2000 and came with Hydromotvies 26's. My x dimension is not on my spec sheet according to Fountain.

I am trying to determine if my boat would benefit from shorties? IMCO or bravo shop, others. Any help would be appreciated.

It would likely benefit from any shortie - including the -2 sportmasters. After a switch you would probably need to change to bavo one props or 5 blades.
