Also I am going to go look at the boat at Shogrens. Thanks to 10X for posting the pictures of it and taking the time to talk to me about it. It seems all of you liked this boat better than the Pier 57 boat ( Thanks Matthew for taking the time to talk to me about your boat). So I showed the two pictures to a higher authority (the wife). She said she liked Shogrens boat way better. So it looks like a maybe finally getting out of the performance fish boats that I have owned for 10 years (Concept 22, Donzi 29, and the current Fountain 38 LX). I can not sleep because I have always wanted a true performance boat but let the wife talk me into the other ones. Hope to be part of the team soon. Mike

I like the Pier 57 graphics better. In my opinion, they are a much more classy timeless design. I think if you plan on keep the boat for a lenght of time the tribal graphics will show their age because they are a fad. I would love to see Scott sell you a boat, he is a great guy.

Just my .02

I like both of the graphics and think I will be happy with either boat. Being I have never owned a boat longer than 3 years I think I will be safe from the boat looking like a fad. Scott and Matt have both been great to deal with. Maybe I will just have to buy both to keep them both happy. Being I did not win the 85 million dollar lottery last night I guess this will not happen.

I would love to be making the decision that you are. I just perfer the paint on the pier 57 boat. Like I said those graphics are sick! Good luck with your decision and purchase!

Thanks, hopefully I am making the right choice of getting rid of my triple outboard boat. Everyone tells me the 525s are bulletproof so I think I will be okay. I know I will want more speed, so I will be looking at what to do to get a little more out of her. Thanks Mike

They would insure the boat for $12,300 I was going to go with them if I did not find it any cheaper.

That is what I like to hear. He has been very fair in negotiations and nice to deal with. I am flying up there on Monday to take the boat out on Lake Michigan with Scott. I hoping it is not to cold for this native Floridian.

Mike, What time are you coming in? I need to see Scott over the next few days so I thought if you need a ride from the airport to the dealership, I might be able to pick you up and take you there.
If it's still on for monday, just give me a call.

Better bring a warm coat. The weather has been nice and warm but the lake is freezing. I was out last weekend, it ok at idle but when you get on plane its a whole different story.

Good luck

Frank,
I am flying in at 8:55am to Midway and fly back out at 7:30 pm.I was told at that time in the morning it is crazy traffic heading to the airport but will be no problem heading away from the airport. So I rented car for the day so as not to impose on anyone, so thank you for the offer. But if you have nothing to do that day and want to go for a boat ride, dinner and then take me back to the airport let me know. I am taking to Scott to dinner at Bonefish Grill up there, I am a partner with them. Thank you Mike
