38' Fountain w/ staggered 525's
I understand that the new (last year) 38' Fountain with staggered 600's will run around 103 and the new 35 with staggered 525's will run around the same speed. Does anyone know what a 38' runs with staggered 525's? I would guess mid to low 90's. Just courious.

Only one 38 with 600's ran that fast. Dont know how many were built. We have a 38 with staggered 600's and it runs 90-94 depending on the load. The 525 boats are supposed to be close to that speed also. The difference isnt that great. I think the 600's accelerate a little faster.

There is a slightly used 2006 38 at my local dealer that has twin 600's that will run 100+mph and it is for sale too! The owner took it on 2 Poker runs and has ordered a 38 Fountain with twin 700's.
