hydraulic roller, wouldnt go more than 5600.
solid roller,,,,,,,,,,,listen for clangs and banging noises.

in either case dont turn em higher than 6000 for extended periods of time as the imcos do not like that kind of r.p.m. the bearings on the prop shaft fail.
your dyno sheet should give you a good idea.
