Changing exhaust manifolds

Wow after 5 hours and drilling out 2 bolts I finally got one of my four exhaust manifolds off to relace them with gils, I am not looking forward to the 2 in the middle

omg it sucked so bad it was a salt water boat with the bolt heads rusted so bad I had to air chisel I would have paid $1,000 to have some one else do it horible 30 hrs changing them

Yikes, times like that makes us wonder why we enjoy this hobby eh. :-) I have some buddies with fresh water wake board boats and I almost want to volunteer to work on them because it is so easy, almost not fair when every piece of hardware turns right out. :-)
