I had a good experience with this company. My compass was quite a bit older and non-replaceble, so rebuild was my only option.

Thank you Holy Smokes .I called that company. I was going to buy the cheaper one until I figured out the hole I have is a lot bigger than the cheaper compass.

I also have learned "High Speed" compasses like the one I have are designed for High flying boats..As far as shock absorbtion..And The one I have is caculated for my boat from the factory. So being all this as it may, I have decided to try to repair the original..I am planning on A Catalina run or 2 30 miles offshore so you can never be too sure of your equipment.

Its a Gemeni High Speed. I really want to fix this one. The guy I talked to wanted 140.00. All I want is to stop the leak. It works fine it just all started leaking all over. 140 seems kinda high to stop the leaking..I may be wrong though ,that is why I'm askin'

is it summer yet?
