Default Deck Grab Rail is loose on 35' lightning

I have a 2000 Lightning 35' Classic and the front stud is loose on the grab rail. The classic does not have an anchor locker like the 2 step boats, so how do I get access to the area where that nut for that stud would go?
Thanks in advance
Dave

Whatever you do...do NOT let those bolts get loose/fall out! When I bought my boat, I noticed my V-berth carpet was SOAKED and there was mold on the carpet in the head...couldn't figure it out, then noticed that the rails were loose because a couple bolts were gone. I ended up having to remove the rails completely, which required not only taking that mirror down, but also ALL the upper-side lining (the part that shields the lights). HUGE pain in the butt. Then, when you try to put the rails back on, it becomes apparent that they are under a bit of pressure and the holes don't line up! I ended up making my own setup, cutting off some threaded rod and inserting each piece into it's respective hole (without scratching the deck), sealed every opening with gasket sealer and rubber o-rings. It was a looooong winter project that sucked monkey balls. KEEP THOSE RAILS TIGHT!
