I am on the lake 3-4 days a week. What would you like to know?

Everything!

Just kidding.
Is there any spots on the lake where you can stop for a cold one? Where do you go to water ski ? I know the water is down a lot. Where is a good launch site? We are coming from Craig road where my father lives. Any help would be great.

Just got back from the lake. There is no real good places to go to have food/drink. There is no place that is a big hang out that everyone goes to. Calville bay has a bar/restaurant at the top of the hill. Quite a walk from the marina. Not a real hang out.
You can find lots of places to skiing.
From Craig, your closets landing/marina is probably Calville Bay Marina.
When are you going to be out there?

Get out and play early in case that crazy azz wind kicks up later in the day. I've seen zero period wind waves on that lake in places that would rival any ocean experience I've had.

Particularly between the sand bar and the dam. I had breakers coming over the bow on a 27' crusier at only a fast idle with a good sized freeboard etc..

Oh yeah and the windows leaked on that boat too!!!
