On my 98 with 502's & 28's lab done by BBlades we can get 78 gps low on fuel 2 people on board. The guy I bought the boat from said he had a set of 30's lab by BBlades & had seen mid 80's once out of them but mostly low 80's.

It's cold than chit here & the water is hard as a rock, but I will have to take viedo this spring for you guy's.I have never run the boat with 30's that is what he told me, I don't think he was full of it though. The 28's four blades with the tab's at 3 & drives at 4 to 5 that is what the gps is showing.

I have a buddy here that has a 2001 30' Eliminator eagle with 500efi's 4 blade 30's & that boat will run 87 to 89 all day long. It was for sale on oso but I think the listing ran out.

I can't wait because if you can get mid eighties out of stock 502 and BB blade 30's, I am calling BB blade up.
That sounds like an easy 5-7 m.p.h. just from props, if so cool.

Are you running shorties?

No shorties just #1's, I bought the boat this spring here on oso. When we ran her on the James River in Richmond, VA we had 78 on gps, I never ran it with the 30's but he was a very honest man & every thing he told me was true he took great care of it. We go to loto a few time's a year & ride's are always free. I should have bought the 30's but since I have not sold my other boat I did'nt what to push it with the boss. lol.
