Alright fella's neither seat is getting power.... Ran a hot wire from the battery to the switchs, worked with no problems, up & down both seats.... All other switchs in boat works tabs, drives, lights everything but these damn seats.... Is there a hidden fuse for these things somewhere?

Don't just look at the fuses, test them. Somtimes they just come unsoldered at you cannot tell by looking at them.
