Default 1994 fountain 32 Fever ?'s

I am looking at trading my current boat for a 1994 Fountain 32. The fountain has twin 454's with 250 b&m blowers making a supposed 550hp. They claim 85mph with this setup, does that sound about right? I looks like it has imco lowers and bravo1 drives. How do these hold up with a boat this size and power?

What are some common things to look for when it comes to fountains and 1994's in particular? How do these boat ride in general? What size waves will this be able to take and run 50mph safely?

85 seems about right, drives should hold up as long as you don't beat them out of the hole & wait till your fully on plane to get into it & keep them in the water the best you can.... Mine seems to handle 2's & the occasional 3 pretty good, much more it starts getting a Lil rough.... I love my boat but would love a 35 even more!! Check under the rub rail on the ass, known for leaking, nothin a Lil calk can't fix though
