Would rather have the factory installed ladder, but I installed a Windline three-step telescoping ladder. It folds up onto the rear platform of my 29. I used self-sealing bolts that go through the platform. I added two snaps to hold the ladder down while under way. The looks aren't the greatest, but it does the job. My only regret is not having the two tie straps a bit tighter as it tends to vibrate a bit.

Brad

This is what we had on the 27 and 32. The bracket is mounted on the corner below the bilge vent. The ladder is removable, and stows under the seat or in the cabin. Yes the bracket is a pain in the azz to put on but well worth it once its done.

Agreee with you guys on the aquaperformance product. The tuck in feature alone makes it a better choice!

I really want one of these. How did you mount under the swim platform to prevent the bolts from pulling out? Are the fasteners alone, without backing plates enough to support my weight on the ladder? I read the installation instructions and there looks like there is an expanding anchor option? I don't have access to interior of my 32 fever's swim platform. Any recommendations?

I used the expanding anchors that came with it and have not had any problem with them. I put a bunch of silicone on them so they wouldn't leak.

Thanks for the first hand knowledge. I looked at different ladders last night and I always came back to this one. I'm going to have to get my nerve up to drill the holes.

Default Also need swim ladder for 29 fever

Which ladder did you get specifically from Aquamarine? There are like 3 options on style and numerous sizes. I have a 29 Fever with twins.
