Amazing - it looks so stable at speed. Did Fountain do all the upgrades?

Brain at Fountain did all the upgrades. He can make Fountain's scoot down the waterways!!!

So what are the details in the upgrades , power , excellent looking boat, looks effortless at speed .

New reprogram pulley and water line reroute with new flame arrestors makes almost 900 hp
