Default 31 cc fountain info

Does anyone have any info on the setup for a 31 cc with twin 250 suzuki such as mounting height, props, trim settings and any more info. This boat is a 98 hull but new to me. Also can you access the bilge pumps from the swim deck the old oil tanks for the opti’s have been removed.

Well if any of them are flying around with nothing to do I still need some help. I can't be the only person to ever have this setup.
