Default Mercury Racing blower pulley

Anyone have a spare ideler pulley. I have a bad one about to shell a bearing and the anodize is rough. Let me know I can put up a pic if it helps

Been there, done that. One of mine went bad. The bearing was good but the aluminum was a little loose in it. I sanded the ID of the pully, cleaned the pully and bearing with brakeclean, and installed the bearing with Permatex that is designed for loose bearing fits. Perm Retaining Compound is for clearances up to .005? and Perm Liquid Metal Filler is for
.005-.015?
Worked great.

I should have one with the same symptom as Maiden's, sounds like his repair worked well.

Let me know if you want this one, cosmetically it's perfect (and blue). The new ones are a touch pricey !
