You guys crack me up. I dont feel to bad now not knowing myself because I dont think everyone knows either. LOL. Well maybe some of you. If your chicken tastes like hyd. fluid maybe you should eat out more. Could they be for the steering? My 90w outdrive tanks seat up near the risers. They where low enough to set of the alarm last week. But I think I remember the color code sticker located somewhere. I will have to check tomorrow. The boat is warehoused on post a 1/2 an hour away. But thanks guys. By the way I have electric bolsters and there are 6 different pumps. 3 on each side, 2 of the 3 have reservoirs.

They are for the seats, electric switches which control hydraulic pumps. Use ATF.

My guess is the ones without the res are for the seats the other 4 are tabs and drives. If its red use ATF if its brown use oil

Agreed, the 2 extra pumps have spiked my curiosity.
I could see 1 extra if the hatch lift is hyd.

No, you won't have a trim pump for your steering.

Sometimes the o-ring is shot that is between the pump and tank.

Many thanx Fly, Funny Ford. I'll check my o-rings. Somebody had mentioned getting these anodized caps that are ventilated for like $50/each. Don't mean to sound cheap, but for $200, I'll just use some micro-fiber towels and wipe.

There are leakproof caps for cheap. , $15-20?????? They do work, but you gotta tighten them down pretty good to seal the o-ringin the threads. Forget name, Do a search here
