many farmers will put used aircraft tires on planters and other wheeled implements because of the resistance to punctures and it limits how fast they can travel with that implement and often how far as well
it would be a huge mistake to put those on a trailer and it would also take a change in the hubs most likely since aircraft tires don't fit standard rims
I doubt that is what that trailer has it is more than likely just someone that knows nothing about anything they have
