Default 32 fountain low WOT rpm

Hey guys,

Hope y'all are doing fine.

First and foremost I am not a gear head so please bare with me..

My 1995 32 fountain equipped with 2 502's merc's is only hitting 62-65 mph. WOT is only about 3900-4200 RPM's on both engines.

Engines are rebuilt with over 100 hours on them.

I thought it could be the fuel injectors as they haven't been cleaned in ages so i'll start there.

Props are stock and according to the previous owner on these props he was getting 4800rpm which sounds about right.

Amy suggestions guys?

Thanks and

What if anything has been done since it used to hit 4800 rpm?

When you did a sea trial did you get the rpm's higher?

Where can i find the distributor cap?

I took the boat out today and no change after cleaning out the fuel injectors and and changing the sparks.

I took a pic of my dash at WOT so you can see.

Neutral the boat is hitting the rev limiter its just under load.

Getting her on plane the boat seems to struggle, and then it'll hit 3800 rpms and slowely build her way up to 4000 -4200
