Default Unused area above dash panel on 2000 Lightning

I've been talking to Innotech about doing a new dash for my 2000 38' Lightning and I'm trying to fit the newer monster gauges and rings. He's saying it's gonna be tight if even possible. I mentioned to them all the extra room on top of the factory dash panel and he said we'd be in good shape if we could just make the panel larger. Does anyone know why this couldn't be done? I should have the depth there for gauges.

What is innotechs email? I've sent several emails about a new dash configuration and have gotten no response. Maybe I'm not using the correct email?

Is that the preferred vendor for new or custom dash panels?

What should one expect to pay for a new dash panel?

Innotech was the OEM supplier to Fountain for their late model stuff until they closed. He said he has every drawing for every model Fountain ever did. I think a dash and side panel will run you $900-1000 ballpark.
