Default 05 Lightning speed question

Hey guys

I was just curious what kind of top speed you would get (GPS) out of a 2005 35 Lightning with non staggered 525's?

I am guessing "somewhere" in the 80's, but, I am not sure, so that's why I am here!

Thanks!
Michael

Low 90's on a cool day, 88-90 mph loaded on a typical summer day.

89 - 92 was the typical range for the side-by-side 525's.

-2 lowers, and prop work will most likely get you mid 90's every day. To break 100 with that set up you are going to need more HP. Whipple is the easiest option to add the hp you would need.

The other option strip the boat, reconfigure to 07 plus full stagger specs

Cool! Thanks 4 Bus!

I imagine your Boat must run close to 100? Sounds like an awesome ride!
