The fill and vent hoses connect under the passengers feet. You can see where if you use a mirror looking thru the front passenger side storage unit, but you won't be able to reach them to do anything to to them since they are or the other side of the stringer. As you were told, gotta install an access cover under passenger feet. might press test before going to that extreme since it may be at the sender unit itself
