I wouldn't buy any props unless the engine was dyno'ed at a reputable shop. 575HP @ 5300 from a 454 is probably an unlikely number, unless they have blowers on them.
Id bolt the stock 25 3 blades on and go for a run. How much RPM you gain with those props, will give a good idea of how much power you picked up. One speed run shouldn't hurt anything if they still have the 440HP bottom ends or better, and a decent cam/springs. Then once you get those numbers, I'd call Bret at Bblades.
