Default EMI Exhaust on a 32 Fever?

So I bought new exhaust for the boat and the silent choice risers but they will not line up correctly! Has anyone tried this in a 32 Fever with 502 MPI's and been able to keep the silent choice? After getting the manifolds on it is looking like the angle and length of the risers will not work with the silent choice. I'm ok with taking it out but I figured I would ask to see if it is a possibility to keep.

Thanks for the help.

After messing with it some more this weekend. It looks like I will have to do some modification's to the silent choice to make it all work. There isn't enough room to fit the risers and silent choice. I think I am going to cut the silent choice down and it looks like it will work. For now I'm going to go without till I have more time to fabricate.

yes,,sometimes you have to trim the silent shice diverters..also on tight occasions the
center part of the riser will fit into the diverter....

I had the same problem with my 27 fever.it has silent choise and emi manafolds and risers.ther was a mis-aliment with the risers/y-pipe.instead of using the rubber coupling that is 5" long.i used a piece of 4"rubber marine hose about 8"long.i also used 3 hose clamps on the side that was misaligned.no problem with sealing or leaks.

Got it in without the silent choice for now. May just leave it this way depending on what it does at idle. I'm hoping that I have shed enough weight to raise the swim deck out of the water a little. we will see this weekend!

I gained 'maybe' 1/2" when I changed to SM. I preferred the sound the the stock cast iron though. Had a deeper tone. Now it's a more tinny sound
