Occupancy Sticker Requirement
What's the law say about requirements for Occupancy Stickers? I recently read there's a hefty fine for not having this sticker, but I called the Fountain Factory and was told I don't need one on my 38EC. Is this correct?

not required for boats over 20' in length...
You do have to have life jackets for every person on board though....so if you normally only carry 5people and only have 5 jackets onboard and decide to give a quick trip for some friends to the other side of the lake as a favor and get caught...expect a ticket!
