Default Drive switches appear to be wired wrong?

Just bought a 35 Lightning and as fountain owners know you have 2 drive switches and a both switch. The switch on the left controls the starboard drive and the switch on the right(middle) controls the port drive. The both switch controls both as it should. My question is, are my switches azz backward?

Thanks
