In my opinion, 2 very important creature comforts
- built in ladder on swim platform
- anchor locker at the nose
...both of which were deal breakers for my wife (when we were cross shopping the Lightning vs Executioner).
Other than that, it comes down to appearance and ride. I like the Lightning best.

My 2005 executioner has an anchor locker but no ladder. The ladder would be nice for my friends. Pretty easy for me to stand on the k-plane and get in and out but I am a taller guy.
