Default Top of rear passenger seat

Hi, Does anyone know how to remove the top part of the rear seat. I found 4 bolts that are located behind the seat in the engine compartment. Do the side panels need to be removed also with the ss bar.

Mine had 4 bolts through the bulkhead, but didn't have a nut on either of them. It also had 2 bolts out of the sides that you can access through the sliding door.

I pulled out my whole interior... so yes I did have the side panels out & was able to reach up to get to that stud, my boat is a 42 so there may be a bit more room, find someone under 100lbs with skinny long arms & you should be able to get it ..

LOL Same problem here. My arms are to big to fit in and reach that stud so I have a skinnier friend of mine coming over this weekend to try.

I appreciate your help
