from the pictures, it looks like it's seen better days; looks like its been left outside for a long time uncovered. An older 47 like that you need to be very concerned about transom. Will also cost you some big money to rig that hull.

It supposedly has hp500s in now. Just wondering if it may have gotten wet.

Was at IAAI salvage auction without trailer few months back and then was listed on eBay for 25K did not sell, was re-listed at 18k and probably sold.. salt water damages (as per IAAI branch manager)...had 3 x HP500 engines that were pulled and it's now for sale less engines and outdrives but with a trailer. Hope it help.

I would run away from that boat. Even if the hull were free, you would be instantly upside down in it. In a major way.

No no. You could glass the out drive hole pretty cheap. Then put some batteries in it , clean it up and pull it to a raft up. You could get laid . Lol
