Sticky Drives
My 32 fountain has sticky drive switch. I'm a weekend boater so the boat does not get used to much. When I plane out, I cannot get the drives to go up. After 5 minutes or so of pressing and depressing switches they will move. Is there something I can do to free them up or are the switches going bad. My mechanic says there fine. But, when I get in water I seem to have a problem.

Power Trim Solenoid Relay
Your solenoids are bad. They are around $16 each to replace. Just did mine. Same problem. Hardin marine has them part number 137-8081. Or my mechanic told me a better heavy duty solenoid would be ARCO SW058HD. Sometimes they come bad right out of the box so order a few to have on hand.
