Default 42 Fountain build #2

Picked up a new to me 42 Fountain with #6 drives on it. Boat came from Fountain with wet 900’s but I purchased the boat without power. Objective for this build is to have a reliable 1-teens boat that I can have some somewhat trouble free boating with. Power for this boat will be some fresh merc 900sc’s I picked up last week. Thru some minor upgrades the motors should be making alittle more power than stock. I have plans on updating the camshaft and installing some shaft mount rockers but not sure when that is going to happen yet. Exhaust is cmi big tubes with 5” tails. Transmission are Huber 1450’s. I think with this simple combo it should meet both of my goals.

I think you should keep it and somehow tie it in with a rainbow type theme...

Bring it on Eric. Look forward to seeing the finished product. Hell, I was kinda partial to the paint on the #4 boat but I'm sure you have something in mind.
