My friend Mark, has a 94'
32 fever, 415's, with 25p Mirages turning out,
we noticed stop blocks on the K plane
rams that keep them from fully retracting,
we removed these, the boat will
ride on it's tail ( it doesn't need any
more bow lift )
Havent had a gps on it, speedo
reads 75, were gussing thats pretty
close though.
Handles fine too.

Talked with another 32 owner last week. Mentioned same condition I have. Damn boat doesn't like to back up both directions equally. Drives straight, using shifters to steer. Both his and mine spin inwards. I just assumed it was a trait of the Hydro props since my single engine 27' wouldn't turn 1 direction in reverse either. If the top end is only 1-3 mph gain, I think spinning out will work best if it makes manuevering around the docks that much better. I spend more time docking than running WOT.

I am sure results will vary between boats some boats will react more positively with the change, others wont know you did anything at all. One consistent change that all of my friends notice is that by turning them in the maneuverability around docks is diminished.
