Boating N Captiva, FL June-13
I took the small boat, down Charlotte Harbor, out Boca Grande pass, down the Gulf and dropped the anchor off North Captiva island, about 1 mile north of where Hurricane Charley cut through.
Bright blue skies, clear green Gulf waters, calm seas, 93 degree air temp.
Here are several of the picture I took, to see all 33 of them, go to http://www.kodakgallery.com/ViewSlid....1244925478372

I thought I saw you out. We went to Upper Captiva, went out the pass and went down to Charley Pass. It was a beautiful day, but got bumpy that afternoon so we went back down the intercoastal. Don did come flying by me around the powerlines.

For me the trip was a 72 mile round trip. The way down was just perfect, even for my small boat. The afternoon got windy on the Gulf, so when I went back home (north), to went inside.
Dons boat looks great! He is going to love those OptiMax motors.
