What's a good ramp to drop in? On Google, it looks like there is Cape Coral Yacht, or even the ramp at the base of the Sanibel bridge. We were going to run from Punta Gorda, but after looking at the total round trip and since we're gonna run Tuesday also, thinking gas in the truck might be a little more efficient... Lol...

Jeff, I would recommend the Punta Rassa ramp on the north side of the Sanibel Bridge. It will be 2 hrs past low tide but you will be fine. I would trim up your drives some tho just to be safe. Mud bottom there.
